During the raid, the Adzhalyk 330 substation northeast of Odessa was knocked out of service. After the strike, most of Odessa and nearby settlements were left without electricity. There was a strong fire on the territory of the facility, which is also confirmed by satellite thermal indicators.

The resulting damage does not allow power to be transferred to the city from the South Ukranian NPP in the Nikolaev region.
