Second Russian region urged to evacuate amid devastating Ural flood

Residents of the Kurgan oblast, with a population of around 800K, have been urged to evacuate ahead of the coming flood preemptively.

The water is coming from the neighboring Orenburg region where it’s already submerged hundreds of homes and displaced thousands.
