This was stated by Sergey Lavrov (Russian Foreign Minister) at a press conference in Beijing.

"My Chinese colleagues and I have confirmed the conclusion about the futility of any international events, which not only do not take into account Russia's position, but completely ignore it, which promote an absolutely vain, ultimatum, the so-called "Zelensky's peace formula". And thus are completely detached from any realities," the foreign minister said.

️ Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that Russia would not take part in the conference on Ukraine in Switzerland even if it was invited.
