Kyiv police put more than 5,000 evaders on the wanted list because they did not come to the Territorial Enlistment Centres

Local media reported that as of 1 April, 5,387 requests from the TECs to locate and deliver persons to draw up administrative protocols against them had been received.

At the same time, another 4955 people have not been located yet.
