Russian defense plant NPO Mashinostroyenia has patented a new stealth jet drone

Its features include a balancing "canard" design and placement of the engine's air intake under the fuselage, TASS reports citing the published patent.

This will help increase the maximum lift-to-drag ratio and lift coefficient.

The purpose of the drone is still unknown.

It is expected to be able to carry out strike and reconnaissance missions.
