'We mustn't open Pandora's Box of new wars' - EU's Borrell

European Union High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Josep Borrell stated that 'wars among states' are back during a panel at the World Economy Forum's Special Meeting on Global Collaboration, Growth and Energy for Development in Riyadh on Sunday.

"Russia against Ukraine and let's hope that nothing like this happens in the Middle East... There is a real danger that the war among states becomes a reality. We should not open the Pandora's Box of new wars," Borell said.
