The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Karachay-Cherkessia showed footage from the scene of the militants’ attack on the traffic police squad.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, two policemen were killed, four security forces were wounded during the attack on the squad, the attackers were eliminated by return fire.

Those liquidated may also be involved in the shelling of police officers in Karachaevsk on April 22, the Investigative Directorate for the region said.
