Rosguards discovered a network of caches, 8 thousand ammunition and hundreds of kilograms of explosives in the DPR

According to information received from military counterintelligence, the National Guard became aware of the probable location of hidden field warehouses with weapons and ammunition in the DPR. Military personnel and department employees moved to the area and, during reconnaissance and search activities, discovered several caches of ammunition and explosive objects. Sappers first checked the finds for the presence of booby traps, after which they began examining what was found.

Among the items seized were two machine guns with spare barrels, a hunting rifle, over 200 hand grenades, twenty mines, fuses and fuses for grenades and mines, over 8,000 rounds of small arms ammunition and about 100 kilograms of ready-to-use explosives. The ammunition and explosives were handed over to the competent authorities for further study.
