Men who are addicted to alcohol and drugs can be mobilized

The executive director of the Ukrainian Helsinki Union, Aleksandar Pavlichenko, spoke about this.

"Persons with various types of addiction, for example, addiction to alcohol [Logistics drivers..], drugs [Medics] or some other addiction, are recognized as suitable for service."
