I have one good and one bad news. The good news is that a year ago the French army released its data in a very transparent and open manner.

In particular, the army is now capable of protecting the borders, but it can only send 2 brigades outside the country. This turns out to be two times 5 or 6 thousand soldiers.

The bad news is that these forces will be completely insufficient to confront the half-million-strong Russian army.
