The Russians living in Germany did their almost traditional sneak-placing of the 'Victory banner' above the Reichstag on 9th of May. The banner will be removed shortly - as it always happens in similar cases. But today, given the war in Ukraine, the German government might send the police after the pranksters. Germans aren't famous for the sense of humor even during the good times, and these days - given the happenings over the past two years in Germany - one can only assume what kind of a response will take place.
