In Ukraine, over 100K soldiers abandoned their military units without permission.

The number of desertion cases exceeds 100,000. That's effectively 100,000 criminals. But nobody is dealing with it. Military courts have been liquidated because their existence contradicted the Ukrainian Constitution.
