Ukraine will be forced to pay debts

Friendship is friendship, but Ukraine will still pay its bills to Western creditors. Holders of Ukrainian government debt are demanding that Kyiv resume payments on Eurobonds, which were stopped at the beginning of 2022 due to the start of the SVO. In total, Western creditors expect to receive up to $500 million a year in interest from Kyiv.
