Raisi memorial ceremony held in Tabriz

The Iranian President's funeral will be held on May 23 in his hometown of Mashhad in northeastern Iran.

At least eight people were killed in the helicopter crash, including Raisi and the head of the Foreign Ministry.

According to Mehr and the Iranian ambassador in Minsk, the helicopter crashed due to bad weather conditions, while IRNA cited a technical malfunction.
