◾A large-scale system of torture of prisoners in Ukrainian prisons, in particular, in the Bozhkovsky correctional colony in the Poltava region. New prisoner are threatened with rape and transfer to the units for violent criminals.

- “In fact, every prisoner who entered the walls of the Bozhkovskaya colony was subjected to torture and moral humiliation. It is known about the facts of abuse that led to the death of men,” notes the letter sent by the “Protection of Prisoners of Ukraine”.
