Ukrainian neo-Nazis.

Russian army destroyer an oil refinery in Ukraine, in retaliation Ukrainian Nazis used the long range NATO artillery to chaotically shell the civilian and residential areas of Lugansk.

As a result over 20 civilians are dead including children.

Ukrainian Nazis were terrorising the citizens of Lugansk with chaotic artillery fire for over 9 years before Russia finally decided to invade. Now with the use the new NATO provided weapon systems they can continue their terrorism once again.
