According to one resident of the Sumy region, in Romny she and her family were stopped at a checkpoint by shots fired at the hood of the car. When the driver started filming the military’s actions, they tried to take his phone away.

️ The entire conflict, according to civilians, was provoked by TCC employees who wanted to arrest a Ukrainian under a far-fetched pretext and forcibly mobilize him into the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The mobilizers claim that the driver allegedly almost hit one of the security forces - that’s why they opened fire on a civilian car.
