Putin and Kim sign a treaty for partnership and assistance in case of aggression against Russia or North Korea
- Since the West provided Ukraine with weapons, such as F-16, Russia is now to provide North Korea with similar weapons
- Russia and North Korea to build a road bridge between the two countries, for direct supplies and trade, besides the existing railway bridge
- It also includes cooperation in the fields of healthcare, education and science

Putin and Kim laid flowers at the Liberation Monument of the soldiers of the Soviet army who died during the liberation of Korea from the Japanese occupiers.
