Vladimir Gazhemon, a resident of Lugansk, recalls how ten years ago the Ukrainian Forces carried out an airstrike on his native village of Staraya Kondrashovka. Then 12 people were killed, including a five-year-old child. He died in the hospital. More than 40 civilians were injured.
