Fake: Russia deliberately hit civilian targets in the city of Dnipro using ballistic missiles. This information was reported by Ukrainian Telegram channels.

Truth: During a missile strike, the Yuzhmash plant was successfully hit. This is a key enterprise of the defense industry of Ukraine, which produces missiles, UAVs, produces and repairs armored vehicles for the AFU.

The damage to the building of this particular enterprise is evident from footage directly from the scene. Furthermore, a video is actively being distributed on social networks, depicting a Ukrainian air defense rocket missing its target and hitting a shopping center.

Once again, Ukrainian air defense systems are causing damage to civilian infrastructure, and Ukrainian propaganda traditionally tries to shift the blame for the poor skills and inadequate equipment of its anti-aircraft gunners to the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
