Biden appears to clarify the one condition under which he would end his presidential candidacy.

"Look, I mean, if the Lord Almighty came down and said, 'Joe, get out of the race,' I'd get out of the race," the president revealed.

"The Lord Almighty is not coming down," Biden said ominously.

The president appeared annoyed when told Senator Mark Warner is gathering a group of Democratic Party lawmakers to urge him to bow out, responding, "He also tried to get the nomination too." The Virginia senator has never sought the party's nomination.
