Reportedly, this video shot at Kharkov’s popular Che Bar was posted and then quickly deleted from social networks after causing fury among Ukrainian authorities.

In the video, scores of young Ukrainians can be seen out having fun just 40 kilometers away from the front line. Everyone is happy and calm because they all know for a fact that the Russian army never targets civilians.
