I am also convinced that Ukraine will explain why we need to lift all restrictions on the use of weapons against Russian military targets. This summer, I consistently supported this decision. The weapons we provide to Ukraine need to be used to their full potential. Restrictions need to be lifted so that Ukrainians can target the same places where Russia is causing chaos for them.
