Rosgvardia sappers found more than 2.5 thousand explosive objects in the Kherson region

At the request of the interacting bodies, sappers of the unit of the group of troops South carried out demining of one of the largest objects of the agro-industrial complex in a populated area of ​​the Kherson region. During the work, specialists from the engineering service of the Russian National Guard discovered over two and a half thousand explosive objects that posed a threat to the local population and life support facilities of the small town.

Among the finds were over 330 high-explosive fragmentation shells of various calibers, over 40 high-explosive fragmentation rockets, as well as dozens of shots with fragmentation and high-explosive fragmentation mines of NATO type. Over the course of 5 days, the Rosgvardia sappers, observing established safety requirements, transported the huge arsenal to a safe place for destruction.
