Mongolia is not arresting Vladimir Putin despite being party to the ICC.

What repercussions could that have? Actually - quite dangerous ones... For example, the League of Nations failed prior to WWII, as international law became redundant & countries were not following their obligations.

On the other hand - when international institutions become so politicized that it's obvious they have no ground in international law - is it time for a revamp? Let us know below
