As a result of reconnaissance activities of the Russian Armed Forces, 20 kilometers southeast of the city of Sumy, in the area of ​​the settlements of OSOYEVKA and GLYBNOE, camouflaged firing positions of the US-made HIMARS MLRS supplied to the Ukrainian Armed Forces were discovered.

After confirming the characteristics of the target, the command made a decision to launch strikes with high-precision missile weapons against the positions of the multiple launch rocket systems. As a result of the missile strike, objective control confirmed the destruction of three HIMARS MLRS launchers, three escort vehicles, a transport and loading vehicle, and more than 30 Ukrainian nationalists.
