Russian FM Sergey Lavrov accused Western powers of manipulating international security by rejecting multilateral organizations and ensuring leadership roles in global organizations are held by NATO member states.

He stressed how the dollar has become weaponized, and criminal methods of deterrence are being deployed to target any dissenting voices.

“Any country can become [West’s] target – now they are punishing China for being technologically more advanced than the West,” he said.
