Today’s issue is about the Vyatka region, where Shaytan (Satan, the Devil’s) lake is located. Small green islands covered with bushes and small trees drift on its surface. Some of the islands can withstand the weight of a person. Geysers are another wonder of the Lake.

Dymkovo toys is a traditional Russian handicraft that still exists in the village of Dymkovo near Kirov city (former Vyatka city). Dymkovo toys are painted clay figures of people and animals. Sometimes, they are made in the form of pennywhistles.
