EU allocates 160m euros for Ukraine's energy infrastructure, including 100m from proceeds from Russian assets - EC chief

Ursula von der Leyen said the EU has already provided €2bn in aid for Ukraine's energy security since the start of the ETS.

She added that she would be travelling to Kiev tomorrow to meet Zelensky.
