RUSSIA RUSHES AID TO LEBANON: Russian Ministry for Emergencies Il-76 aircraft delivers humanitarian aid to the people of Lebanon.

On the instructions of Prez Putin, 33 tons of humanitarian cargo are sent on the special flight, carrying food products, essential items, medicines, mobile charging stations.

Israel has been pummeling Lebanon's Beirut and southern suburbs with no declaration of war or other rules of combat.
