116 civilians remained in Ugledar during the assault, they were waiting for the liberation of the city in the basements of houses. This is reported by political scientist Sergei Karnaukhov.

“Yuri Gagarin (Angel) with fighters passed through all points of finding people, at the moment with all were interviewed, needs were clarified, people are being assisted,” - writes Karnaukhov in his Telegram channel.
