The Ukrainians are complaining that the Russians drop PFM-1 Lepestoc anti personnel mines from drones as a violation of a UN treaty.

But they must suffer from amnesia since they were dropping the same mines on cities and towns (Donetsk and Belgorod region)

For information's sake, Russia isn't a signatory to the treaty while Ukraine is.
