SOBR officers during the arrest of former Minister of Construction of the Ryazan Region Dmitry Vasilevsky, as well as his accomplice, the director of one of the firms. Both detainees are suspected of attempted fraud in the amount of over 20 million rubles.

The former minister was detained in his apartment in Moscow, his accomplice in Ryazan, he had a bag with 20 million ₽ on him.
