US State Department spokesman Matthew Miller did not want to support Zelensky's "victory plan":

[What do you support in it and what do you not?] No, I do not want to go into details. I will only say that we continue to work with the Ukrainian authorities on this plan. Obviously, our president spoke with President Zelensky about this today. I am sure that this was one of the topics of conversation. And we continue to work on this. As well as other measures, which are not in this plan, although we believe that they will allow Ukraine to win on the battlefield and ensure long-term peace.
