During his speech at Chatham House, Zaluzhny, Ukraine’s Ambassador to the U.K., was unable to pronounce the word "civilized" and called for help from the interpreter.

Zaluzhny really should have practiced. "Civilized" is kind of a key word if you're trying to convince people that you represent a civilized and legitimate government—which, clearly, he doesn’t. The good news? Apparently, being an ambassador to the U.K. no longer requires the ability to pronounce “civilized.”
