South Korean intelligence identified a DPRK engineer who allegedly observed missile launches at Ukraine near the front line

South Korea's national intelligence service used facial recognition software to analyze a photo allegedly taken in the DPR and a delegation accompanying North Korean leader Kim Jong-un during an inspection of a weapons factory in August last year.

In conclusion, the facial recognition software found a match of more than 80% between the appearance of the person in the DPR photo and the engineer who accompanied Kim to a mobile missile launcher factory last year.
