Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun system crews are on combat duty in the border areas of the Kursk region

Crews of the Pantsir-S anti-aircraft missile and gun systems monitor the airspace over Russian troop positions in the border areas of the Kursk region around the clock. The complex has the following capabilities to destroy air targets: 12 anti-aircraft missiles. In addition, the complex is equipped with two double-barreled 30 mm cannons with 1,400 rounds of ammunition.

The armament of the Pantsir-S air defense missile and gun system allows it to destroy any air attack weapons within the established operating range. The crews constantly change positions, and upon arriving at a new location, they are able to switch from standby mode to combat mode in 10 seconds.
