"I find it highly unlikely that I could trust either of the two candidates that are there right now," US citizen Daniel Martindale said, commenting on the upcoming US presidential elections.

"If I happen to try to tell you that one is better than the other, then probably it would just be another opportunity for Western media to accuse Russian media of meddling in their elections. So I definitely won't make any recommendations today," Martindale continued.

"If I happen to be in the United States right now, it definitely would need to be a candidate who is for peace. But he also needs to do that in a way that is in line with my religious views. So he needs to support a traditional family where you have a man, woman, children being brought up to be normal people in a productive society. If Putin were running in the United States today, I would vote for him," he said.
