I want to respond to the outrageous statement by the British Ambassador to Slovakia, Mr Baker, who criticized me for my appearance on Russian television.

You should be more concerned about the quality of Western media coverage of the war in Ukraine. And you will see that it is often just crude propaganda defending the unfounded.

I ask you to refrain from such coverage, unjustifiably interfering in the policy of the sovereign Slovak government.
