The issue of supplying Taurus missiles to Ukraine led to the collapse of the German ruling coalition’ - Finance Minister and FDP leader Christian Lindner explained the reasons for his dismissal.

"Yesterday, Scholz proposed to allocate another 3 billion euros to Ukraine, but this money will not matter. I said that if we want to provide Ukraine with stronger support, then an additional 3 billion euros is not needed. For this, Germany needs to decide to provide Ukraine with Taurus missiles."
