This was stated by People's Deputy Yulia Yatsyk from the ruling Servant of the People party. According to her, it is planned to create new recruiting centers instead of the TCC.

Yatsyk stated that it is possible to form more than 10 brigades from military commissars. She did not voice the exact number of people-catchers in Ukraine.
