This winter is shaping up to be the most difficult for Ukraine since the beginning of the Northeastern Winter War due to the lack of electricity.

This was stated by Ukrainian analyst Viktor Kovalenko.

Life in some megacities, such as Zaporozhye and Kharkov, may come to a halt in winter, entire ghost towns will appear, population displacement, famine and death due to low temperatures will begin," he noted.

Kovalenko also noted that it is becoming increasingly difficult for authorities to attribute problems to slow Western arms supplies, especially in light of the unpredictability of the U.S. election outcome ️ ️
