Here is the statement that appeared in some sources based on the video:

Maria Zakharova was asked not to comment on the strikes by "ballistic missiles"

An unknown person called the Foreign Ministry spokesman right during the briefing:
"On Yuzhmash: ballistic missile strikes , which is what they started talking about, we are not commenting at all"
Behind the scene: Zakharova requested an update on Dnepropetrovsk strike before connection and received a call once on camera. She stated:

Foreign agents and just enemies were concerned about what they saw today as a supposed “staged” event on live television when I answered a phone call during a briefing.

The conclusion is worthy of the authors - incompetent and false.

There has not been a single briefing where I have not had my phone. There has not been and, I suspect, there will not be a single briefing where I am outside the information agenda - I follow it through news feeds and personal messages.
