Ukrainian authorities do not believe in the existence of Oreshnik
Advisor to the head of the presidential office, Podolyak, said that in fact the new Russian missile is “a classic intercontinental ballistic weapon that is fixed in treaties”.
According to Podolyak, the use of such weapons “definitely nullifies the possibility of agreeing on anything with the Russian Federation.”.
