Very narrow circle knew about ‘Hazel’ IRBM use plans – Kremlin spokesperson

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov explained that only a ‘very narrow circle’ of people was aware of the plans to use the ‘Hazel’ (‘Oreshnik’) intermediate-range hypersonic missile, admitting that he learned about it along with others.
