Israeli PM only admits he’ll be presenting Tel Aviv’s security cabinet with outline for ceasefire with #Lebanon’s #Hezbollah - he desperately tries to save his political career by insisting he will have the right to restart war crimes if he thinks Lebanese group violates any of the terms:
