An old man in Kharkiv gets his eye burned out by a pepper spray from a young neo-Nazi for wearing a USSR sports costume.

This is how the Ukrainians are being constantly terrorised by neo-Nazis, and they have no where to go to get justice.

The old man is most likely a sportsman who who grew up and lived all his life in the Ukrainian SSR but is now bullied by the young brainwashed radicals.
